Shipping & Returns

At this time, we ship to locations in Canada, the US and internationally. 

Shipping Fees:

> Shipping fees are calcuated at the time of checkout. You must put in your address before shipping charges show, otherwise it will just give you the option to pick up in store. Charges are based on your chosen method of shipping, weight of item(s) and location. 

> Shipping is via Canada Post.

How long will it take for my order to ship/arrive?

> It depends on your location and the method of shipping chosen. It also depends whether we have the item in-stock in our store in Kelowna, BC. If we have your item(s) available, we will have your package ready to ship within 1-5 days.

> If your item(s) are not available at the time of purchase, we will ship your order when the items arrive at our store

> Please check the status on your order to see if it has been shipped

 

What does my order status mean?

Complete: your order has just been accepted by our online store

Processing: we have acknowledged your order, and are either packaging your item(s) or ordering them for you. 

Shipped: we have shipped your package. A tracking number may or may not be sent to you, based on the method of shipping chosen. 

Phone Order:

> If you have any questions, please call our store 250-868-1417 and we will be happy to help. 

> We can place your order over the phone, including payment. However, your order status will not be available to view. 

 

 

Exchange Policy

Any purchases made Nov. 1, 2021 - Dec. 24, 2021 can be exchanged until Jan. 31, 2022. 

30 days for exchange or in-store credit only*. No REFUNDS. Must provide receipt and all original packaging. 

In-store credits are valid for 1 year from the date they are created.

Tights, Nude Suits/Bras, Dance Belts

> FINAL SALE

> These items are deemed as undergarments, and we are not able to take them back once they leave our store.

> Tights cannot be tried on in-store or out of store.

> Nude suits and bras can be tried on in-store. 

Ballroom & Latin Shoes:

> FINAL SALE

> Since they are made with soft leather, we are not responsible for the wear that occurs outside of our store. 

Leotards & Clothing:

> EXCHANGE or INSTORE CREDIT

> Must be unworn, tags still attached, and must have receipt.

> It tags are removed, we cannot take clothing back.

Dance Shoes (Excluding Ballroom & Latin):

> EXCHANGE OR IN-STORE CREDIT

> Must be unworn, must have original packaging (bag, box etc.), and must have receipt.

Costume Orders:

> FINAL SALE

> Some companies do allow us to return items back to their company, however, the customer is responsible for paying the fees required to do so (Shipping fees etc.)

Bags

> Exchange or in-store credit as long as the bag is in the original condition. Receipt must be presented. 

ONLINE ORDERS

> To return an item purchased on our website, please contact our store via phone or email. The customer must ship the item or return the item in the store within 30 days for exchange or in-store credit, if the receipt and original packaging is provided. The tags must be attached to clothing items.

> The purchase of tights, ballrom/latin shoes, nude suits/bras, dance belts, costumes, tutus, skating dresses and hair accessories are final sale as stated above. 

> No refunds on shipping costs. 

> Costs associated with return shipping are at the expense of the purchaser.

 

We understand that sometimes the fit may not be right, but unfortunately if the item has been worn, we are unable to take it back.
